Both parties acknowledge that they have full legal capacity to enter into this contract, taking into account their respective roles. They warrant that their power of representation has not been revoked or restricted and is sufficient to bind their representatives to the signing of this contract.

Contract Articles

Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Service Provider undertakes to provide an alarm installation management service via the supplier SECURITAS DIRECT in the Customer's home.

Article 2: Service description

  • Intermediary between supplier, installer and customer
  • Managing the installation of the SECURITAS DIRECT alarm service in the Customer's home
  • Management of alarm service contracts and payment methods
  • Help with introduction to SECURITAS DIRECT supplier platforms

Article 3: Prices and payment terms

The total cost of the service is €399 incl. VAT, payable to the installer directly on completion of the installation of the alarm equipment in the customer's home.

The price of the SECURITAS DIRECT monthly subscription is €49.80 and is payable directly to SECURITAS DIRECT. This price may be subject to change according to SECURITAS DIRECT's pricing policy.

Payment methods available: Credit card, Paypal, SEPA, etc.

Article 4: Duration

This contract takes effect upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the installation is completed.

Article 5: Disclaimer

SpainEasy Support will not be held responsible for installation errors, delays, or post-installation malfunctions, including Internet service interruptions due to installation.
Any complaint or problem relating to the Internet service should be addressed directly to the Internet service provider concerned.

Article 6: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution.
In the absence of amicable agreement, the courts of Valencia (Spain) will be competent to judge the case.
