(hereinafter referred to as “The Customer”)
Both parties acknowledge each other’s full legal capacity to enter into this contract, taking into account their respective roles. They warrant that their power of representation has not been revoked or restricted and is sufficient to bind their representatives to the signing of this contract.
Contract Articles
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Service Provider undertakes to provide the necessary assistance for the change of tourist license holder in Spain, required for the legal operation of a tourist accommodation.
Article 2: Service description
- Preparing an application to change the holder of a tourist license.
- Support in the process of verifying legal and administrative requirements.
- Follow-up of the application until the change of licensee is obtained.
Article 3: Prices and payment terms
Total cost of service: €300 incl. VAT, payable on signing this service contract.
Payment: Made online by the Customer (payment methods available: credit card, Paypal, SEPA, etc.) upon signature of this contract.
Article 4: Duration
This contract takes effect as soon as both parties sign and pay for the service, and remains valid until the tourist license holder is changed.
Article 5: Cost exclusions
It is expressly agreed that the cost of the service stipulated in article 3 does not include taxes, government levies or other administrative charges that may be required by the competent authorities for the change of tourist license holder. Any such additional costs shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.
Article 6: Partial refund
If, after analysis of the urban planning compatibility, it is confirmed that the change of licensee is not possible, the Service Provider undertakes to refund €200 of the €300 (incl. VAT) paid by the Customer.
Article 7: Disclaimer
SpainEasy Support will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in obtaining the change of tourism licensee due to errors or omissions in the information provided by the customer or to administrative delays beyond its control.
Article 8: Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of Valencia (Spain) will be competent to judge the case.
Article 9: Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Service Provider undertakes to process all the Customer’s personal information in accordance with the RGPD. Data will only be used in the context of the services provided and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
