  • The work is carried out by local artisans and service providers, independent of SpainEasy Support. The cost of the work, materials, and services invoiced by these artisans is not included in this service and remains the responsibility of the client.
  • Taxes, licenses, and administrative permits related to the works are not included in this service and remain the client’s responsibility.
  • The timeframes for obtaining licenses depend on the competent local administrations, over which we have neither control nor leverage to expedite.
