We receive your keys and place them in a secure locker-style space for 24/7 collection. This service is intended for key handovers or collections carried out outside of office opening hours.
How key reception works
You provide us with the necessary information regarding the receipt or collection of the keys. Once received, they are placed in a secure location accessible 24/7. Access details are provided to enable their collection.
Service terms and liability
The rate is €50 (incl. VAT) per intervention. If key reception and key handover are required at separate times, each intervention is billed separately. Keys are deposited in a secure location accessible 24/7. However, we cannot be held liable in the event of lost keys.
