Two options to collect your keys

Collection on-site (24/7 locker)

Your keys are placed in a secure locker-type space, accessible at any time, day or night. Ideal for drop-offs or pick-ups outside the office’s opening hours.

Keys sent to your home

We receive your keys and send them directly to the address of your choice. The most convenient solution if you can’t travel.

How key reception works

  1. Defining your request:
    You provide us with the necessary information regarding the receipt or collection of the keys, as well as the chosen option (locker or home).
  2. Receipt and securing:
    Once received, the keys are placed in a secure location accessible 24/7, or prepared for shipping depending on your choice.
  3. Making them available:
    Depending on the option, you are informed of the locker access details, or the keys are shipped to the address provided.
  4. Follow-up of your request:
    We remain available to confirm the successful collection of your keys or to track their shipment.

Important information about this service

This service is available in two options, depending on your needs:

On-site pickup (24/7 locker) – €50 incl. VAT

  • Your keys are deposited in a secure locker accessible day and night.
  • The access details are provided to you so you can collect them.
  • Ideal if you can go to the pick-up point whenever you like.

Key delivery to your home – €90 incl. VAT

  • Your keys are shipped directly to the address of your choice.
  • The most convenient solution if you cannot travel.
  • The shipping times and methods are specified to you at the time of order.

Please note:

  • Each intervention (receipt and handover at separate times) is invoiced separately.
  • The keys are kept in a secure location until they are collected or shipped; we cannot be held liable in the event of loss.
